Al-Nassr host bitter rivals Al-Hilal at Al-Awwal Park on Tuesday night in what could prove to be the defining fixture in this season’s Saudi Pro League title race.

With just a handful of matches left before the curtain falls on the campaign, the Riyadh derby carries enormous significance as both sides continue their battle for domestic supremacy.

Al-Nassr head into the contest sitting at the summit of the table after an outstanding league campaign that has seen them dominate most opponents with aggressive attacking football and ruthless finishing in the final third.

Jorge Jesus’s men have collected 82 points from 32 matches and boast one of the strongest home records in the division, winning 14 of their 15 league games at Al-Awwal Park.

Their ability to control matches through possession while quickly transitioning into attack has made them a difficult side to contain throughout the season.

The hosts responded strongly after their defeat to Al-Qadsiah by dispatching Al Shabab 4-2 in an entertaining encounter. Joao Felix was the standout performer with a clinical hat-trick, while Cristiano Ronaldo once again showed his experience in front of goal by getting on the scoresheet.

With the title now within touching distance, Al-Nassr will be determined to settle scores against an Al-Hilal side that beat them 3-1 earlier in the campaign.

Al-Hilal, however, remain firmly in the title conversation and arrive in confident mood after lifting the King’s Cup following their victory over Al Kholood.

Simone Inzaghi’s side are still unbeaten in the league and know that a win in this derby, coupled with their game in hand, could completely shift momentum in the title race.

Their attacking trio has consistently delivered this season, while the midfield balance provided by Ruben Neves, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic and Mohamed Kanno has allowed them to dominate central areas in most matches.

The visitors have also shown tremendous character away from home, combining defensive organisation with quick counterattacking play. Karim Benzema’s movement inside the box and Malcom’s pace on the flanks give Al-Hilal enough firepower to trouble any defence in the league.

What time does Al-Nassr vs Al-Hilal start?

Kick-off is at 9:00 PM (EAT) on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Al-Awwal Park.

Al-Nassr vs Al-Hilal team news

Al-Nassr are sweating over the fitness of Kingsley Coman, who remains doubtful with a knock and will undergo a late fitness test ahead of kickoff. Angelo is also a doubt, while Mubarak Al Buainain remains sidelined with a long-term cruciate ligament injury. Raghed Najjar and Sami Al Najei are also unavailable for the hosts.

Cristiano Ronaldo is expected to captain the side once again alongside Joao Felix, who comes into the match in excellent form after his hat-trick against Al Shabab. Sadio Mane is also expected to play a key role from wide areas as Al-Nassr look to stretch Al-Hilal’s backline.

For the visitors, Kalidou Koulibaly remains unavailable through injury, while Hamad Al Yami is also ruled out. Karim Benzema is expected to lead the line for Al-Hilal, with Malcom and Salem Al-Dawsari providing support in attacking areas.

The midfield battle could ultimately decide the outcome of the contest, with Ruben Neves, Milinkovic-Savic and Kanno expected to dictate play for the visitors against Marcelo Brozovic and Al-Khaibari in the middle of the park.

Predicted Lineups

Al-Nassr possible starting XI: Bento; Yahya, Martinez, Al-Amri, Al Ghanam; Mane, Brozovic, Al-Khaibari, Coman; Ronaldo, Felix

Al-Hilal possible starting XI: Bono; Al-Harbi, Akcicek, Tambakti, Hernandez; Milinkovic-Savic, Kanno, Neves, Al-Dawsari; Malcom, Benzema

Al-Nassr vs Al-Hilal head to head record previous meeting and current form

Al-Hilal claimed a convincing 3-1 victory in the reverse fixture earlier this season, and they have enjoyed the better record in recent meetings, winning three of the last five clashes across all competitions. Al-Nassr, meanwhile, have managed one victory and one draw during that period.

Current form suggests both sides are entering the derby in strong condition. Al-Nassr have won five of their last six league matches, while Al-Hilal remain unbeaten in the Saudi Pro League this season. The visitors have also won four consecutive matches in all competitions, including the King’s Cup final.

Despite Al-Hilal’s impressive record, Al-Nassr’s dominant home form gives them a slight psychological edge heading into this encounter.

Al-Nassr vs Al-Hilal prediction

This promises to be a fiercely contested Riyadh derby with high intensity, quick transitions and moments of individual brilliance expected from both sides.

Al-Hilal possess enough attacking quality to cause problems, particularly through Benzema and Malcom, but Al-Nassr’s home atmosphere and attacking momentum could prove decisive.

Joao Felix and Cristiano Ronaldo have built strong chemistry in recent weeks, and if Al-Nassr can control the midfield battle early on, they should create enough chances to edge the contest.

Expect both sides to score in this match which can go either way as they are all in the title race ,a win for Al Nassr will see Cristiano Ronaldo win his first ever League trophy in Saudi Arabia.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
